U&I was established in 1990 by a husband-and-wife team, Michael and Beth Lichtman.
Originally as a NYC photographic studio and printing plant in the evolving digital world of the 1990s,
we quickly learned to be adaptable, think on our feet, approach challenges with confidence, and to be excellent listeners. 

We know the importance of listening first to understand the unique aspect of each program before offering suggestions and production solutions. 
With our production capabilities in North America and our overseas affiliations, we look forward to meeting our client’s needs. 
After 32 years in business and having raised two children and a couple of dogs, we know a thing or two.
